Refund policy

If your assistant doesn't work as we agreed in your scope before go-live, we fix it free. If we can't fix it, we refund your setup fee. Monthly fees aren't refunded, but you can cancel with 7 days' notice. We don't guarantee bookings or revenue.

This applies to the scope we agree with you in writing before work begins. Go-live happens once Meta approves your WhatsApp number.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your business name and your invoice number. Refunds are handled directly by PRADHA AI (Keeran Naidoo, sole proprietor) and approved setup-fee refunds are paid back to you by EFT.

Processing

Approved setup-fee refunds are paid back by EFT by PRADHA AI to the bank account you nominate. Bank processing times may vary after a refund is issued. International clients are invoiced in USD and pay by international bank transfer (SWIFT); bank fees are for the payer's account. Refunds are made in the currency paid.
